Job Description
- Shift Management: Aligning staffing levels across rotating shifts (24/7 or 3-shift models) based on production targets and machine downtime.
- Overtime & Attendance Tracking: Monitoring biometric timekeeping, shift differentials, break logging, and overtime pay to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Contract Labor Management: Coordinating with third-party manpower agencies to fill seasonal or demand-driven operational gaps.
Responsibilities
- Biometric & Time Tracking: Monitor daily clock-ins, shift rotations, break periods, and overtime hours.
- Absence & Coverage Control: Manage unplanned absenteeism by deploying floating labor or reassigning cross-trained operators to keep lines running.
- Contract Labor Administration: Coordinate with staffing vendors to source temporary plant labor during demand peaks.
