Job Description
- Responsible for testing web and mobile applications to ensure the software meets functional, usability, performance, and quality requirements.
- Execute test cases, identify and document defects, verify fixes, and perform end-to-end testing across different modules and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Functional Testing, UI Testing, Validation Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
- Test web applications across different browsers and screen sizes.
- Test mobile applications on Android devices.
- Identify, reproduce, and report bugs with clear steps and expected/actual results.
- Assign appropriate severity and priority to identified defects.
- Retest fixed defects and perform regression testing.
- Verify responsive design on desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
- Validate form fields, buttons, links, dropdowns, filters, search, login, registration, and other application workflows.
- Perform API/backend validation when required.
- Maintain test cases, bug reports, and daily testing reports.
- Work closely with developers to understand and verify defect fixes.
- Perform end-to-end testing before application releases.
- Ensure the application meets functional and quality expectations before deployment.
